Here are some words that I heard Andrea speak:
Watos please - She wants to drink water, watos being water, before it was waway. So it is an improvement.
Wowa- Lola. Referring to any lola that she talks about. They're mostly my lola's or her father's lola whom she talked to just now by the way!
Papa Juls- My Papa.
Naynay - Referring to my cousin Golda
Niq - referring to me, when she hears my own mama calling me.
No man - Meaning she wants to sing No one by Alicia Keys.
Yayay (and pointing to where she's supposed to be hurting)- of course, she's hurting something.
Neck - Her Answer when being asked, " Anong mahaba sa giraffe na wala si Andy?"
One- Quick Answer when asked how old she is.
Cadada- Meaning Canada, where her father is. Plus pointing to her World Atlas because when she was young I began telling her that her father is in that place (in the map!).
Eat ako- she wants to eat
And I can go on and on with everything that she is talking about. She really does know how to communicate now. I am amazed what four months made a difference in her growth... Haay. 11 months more before I go home...
